These are the ones I could see that are related to the u18 team, and also the full lists.

Started a save with Scunthorpe, they don't have any youth teams at the start of the game. After one season I got an u18 team, but I can't edit tactics or move players around.

How did the substitution bug make it to the full release, surely this shouldn't even have made it into early access. I started a game in Italy and there's no substitutions at all. Only injured players get subbed off. Both youth teams and senior teams play the full 90 if they're not injured, crazy.
