Getting The Best Out Of Strikers???

I was wondering if anybody could give me some help on getting the best out of my strikers?

Here are screenies of the 2 strikers and the tactics used on both.

They both score maybe 1 every other game and on a Good day either 1 will score 2 and once every blue moon get a hat-track, but neither seem to score a HUGE amount and not on a regular basis can anybody give me some tips on where im going wrong or how i could improve??

Im bradford in my first season and im 1st with about 9 games to go, Holt is my leading striker with i think 9 goals this season and bederone is trailing with about 5, but about 3 of my midfield have all bagged like 6/7 goals each. I would like it if both my strikers were scoring 10/15 a season and the midfield banged in about 6/7 but thats not happening

Any advice and tips are welcome

What I would try (and not guarenteeing anything) is putting their forward runs on mixed, run with ball on mixed, long shots rarely, through balls mixed and crossing rarely... I would also put their creative freedom down as well, to around the first notch of 'normal'... Their passing maybe a bit more direct and their closing down is way to high for my liking. I would put that on Own Area or Own Half... Or have one on own area and the other on own half.

If you feel like it, give that a go and see how you get on... Have you set either of them to Target Man as well?
