how to deal with a realist

i recently found this regen and signed him up instantly

after signing him i noticed that his personality was 'realist'

iv looked at the personality guide and this seems to be quite a poor personality to have

he also seems to never have 'superb' morale, maybe because of him being a 'realist'

does anyone know of any players in the game who are described as 'realist' ?

i wanted to get him tutored by someone with a better personality but i dont have the option

could anyone tell me why?

is it something to do with current ability as it doesnt seem to be his age as i first though

I've had the odd 'realist' before and it's never been a massive problem - they have always been okay for me - you'r regen looks a great prospect so I wouldn't worry about it.

Squad personalities seem to be how they get on with each other so unless you get a message saying bob is unhappy with bill then you should be fine!

Realist? So does that mean he's down to earth, sensible etc? If so i reckon he could be a good match for someone with a 'professional' personality.

i have always wondered what a "realist" is. i have dealt with a few and they seem harder to motivate than other players but get the job done. it's certainly better than a temperamental personality so i don't think it's a bad attitude

they have low sportsmanship (2-4) according to Lyssien, but that's it - the rest of his personality attributes might be fine. I don't know why sportsmanship would make them hard to motivate, but who knows.
