Andfer
Well, I have long thought about this proposal and believe that it will make the game much more realistic. Imagine that you have selected a small database, in my case Denmark, and then down to 2 division. After a few years with one of the small clubs and advancement to Division 1, one could possibly choose to seek out abroad and / or be offered a contract by example Getafe from Spain (this is not possible since you only have chosen Denmark and Division 2.) But, but, but, if we then to accept any offers or search for another country, would automatically load all players from the leagues in the country to get to. So could the former country may be deleted, or you could keep it, but this will likely provide bigger load times in the game Is it a bad idea? AB-forever
But how would it work? Would all the players be loaded at the clubs they start at even if you do this in 2013 or further into the future? What about old players?
Andfer
Let us build on that we are a small Danish club, for example, Svendborg. You have ONLY selected the Danish league down to 2 division, with a small database. In year 2010 you will be offered a contract by Real Madrid, if you accept this agreement, you will have the option to remove the Danish league, and have the opportunity to choose the Spanish down to Division 2 B (or whatever it is called) or you can choose to keep the English and then include the Spanish. This will obviously require a computer with some power.

Just load (at the start!) your "other" fave country / leagues, so when you suceed in your "chosen" county you will be available for offers from top teams in the "higher profile" country. Andfer
Yes it is obvious, but if you discard this league you are in when passed to another, this will provide more speed in the game compared to if you were to load 2-3 countries from the beginning of the game.
