Gizzy Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 I tried to start my FM09 today, but got a message asking to put in my product key again. so I found my booklet and entered the key. I get this message: "We were unable to process your unlock request. To receive a new key please visit sigames.com.
