Flannel Dave Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Hi all I am new to the board so apologies if this has been covered before but...no matter what I do in my manager profile my 'Hands on approach' always drops radiply until eventually hitting 1. Ediocy Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Do you use the "Holiday" function often? Using it will cause your "Hands-on Approach" attribute to drop too. I take all of the Team talks but lost interest with Press Conferences (I am in the chamionship, what do i care who wins World Player of the year?!) so my ass man does those aswell as the friendlies and Reserve side...i guess that explains it then!
