does inter milan ever move stadium

Recommended Posts

when i watch inter games on television they will refer to the stadium as the giuseppe meazza and with milan they will refer to it as the san siro. when they play each other the comentators will go back and forth between the two names. anyway i am a huge milan fan and we call it san siro just because thats how we have always done it and the inter fans call it meazza because he meant more to inter than to milan. the wikipedia thing i posted is the official stance and i know that the stadium is called the giuseppe meazza but i still call it san siro anyway because thats the way its always been done.

Why would they want to leave anyway?

Have you actually seen the stadium?

Pure luxury

Been there for Italy v Scotland and it's a crap heap.

Went to Bari for the same fixture, another big crap heap.

German stadiums, Nou Camp, Amsterdam Arena... now they are stadiums

Crap heaps maybe (I've been there) but they have character and are 'real' football stadiums. Unlike the many identikit stadiums we see these days. ie - Riverside, Reebok, Pride Park, Walkers, etc etc etc :thdn:
