lukegjpotter
This mightn't work for everyone, but it works for me... Play your own game against them. They play 4-4-2. Always Mark any player that can play as a striker (RVP, Adaboyr, Eduardo, Walcott, etc...) Always close down the FB's, all their Midfielders and strikers. Hard tackle them all!!! Show them all onto their weak foot. When I win I usually got a player injured for between 2 weeks - a month... (some sort of SI Karma)
viola29
By always mark do you mean tight marking? I would have thought that was suicide against Walcott.
Colski
Has anybody tried this? Does it work? I'm having huge difficulties against Assnal at the mo. Played them three times in the space of a month and lost each game pretty badly (as Spurs).
Asim
i find the best way to beat the top 4 is to attack them and have a high def line. i havent lost to arsenal in my 1st 2 seasons as spurs, iv won 3 and drawn 1. lost to them in the carling cup though. i use OI for all games anyway. usually just weaker foot for fulls backs, wingers and strikers and hard tackle the cm's, with fabregas you may need to instruct closing down always despite what you have in your own tactic settings. you have to keep checking their formation as they rotate van persie, vela, walcott all over the wings and up front. tight marking for walcott is ok if he is upfront, usually the ball can be cut out by the defender who is stonger than him. but if he is playing out wide its best to close him down.
