Fitness - A new Approach for the tactics

Hi all,

I've created a new tactic based on the global mentality system. This tactic has the following characteristics:

1. Global mentality system: very effective in both defend and attack (you might not have a lot of shoot or possession but the team score a lot)

2. Maintain the team fitness: with slow and waste time, there's little consumption of fitness and very few injuries.

3. There's only one tactic for: home and away, for weak and strong team.

I've play with oxford united in the Blue square Premier with 8 matches: win 8, score at least 2 goals per match.:D

In my opinion, this is the best tactic I've play in the FM2009. This tactic is used for 9.1.0.

I've very little time to play and test this tactic, please try it and give me your opinion!
