4457
Just rest them from training (right click -> Training -> Rest -> 2 days/3 days) - should help improve condition.
wayne'o
i tried that once mate cos one of my players was really tired after a game, i told him i was going to rest him for a week which he didn't like and i also gave him 2 days off from training, it didn't improve him at all, out of all my players that played that week. he was the worse to recover. He never did!
4457
It's worked for me many a time.
boywonder9
If players who weren't involved in the game don't have their conditioning go up naturally beyond the 94-95% range, then they are likely out of shape. Get them some first team or reserve team action to get their fitness up. Players who played shouldn't get their fitness back up much more than 95% if they played only 2-3 days before. Rotation, and keeping players outside your preferred 11 fit, is key.
wayne'o
is it a good idea to allow subs etc to play reserve games? i worry they may clash with my league games and leave me with unfit players to choose from?
