Making Him "Play With His Back To Goal"

Recommended Posts

Now we all know that we can interact with a player of our own to persuade him to gain a preferred move. However I was unable to find something that would tell a player to play with his back to goal.

Am I missing something or what ? When playing, especially, with a single striker, using him as a pivot man who is strong and preferably tall to collect balls and let the attacking flow begin is a good idea. "Playing with his back to goal" exactly refers to this play, no ?

If so, why isn't there a persuasion option in player interaction screen? Or are some preferred moves constrained to the player himself, as a unique characteristic of his ? Would you elaborate please ?

Thanks in advance.

i do not have much of a problem with my striker having his back to goal, what concerns me currently is the number of passes slamming into the back of his head as he makes a forward run...

that said, a target man with low forward runs, made to receive passes from defense etc does seem to automatically have back to goal in fm09
