[FM23] Anyone with in game editor to nerf duplicate players?

I'm now region locked of getting the in game editor for FM23 and I just noticed Barcelona is terrorizing LaLiga with 2 Yamals [read as: I just got smacked by them].

Would anyone be kind enough to nerf one of them or suggest any alternatives on how to deal with duplicate players without the ingame editor?

I'm not using customs databases

 

There are also 2 Nypan's, but it seems the one stuck in Rosenborg is not a threat to my sanity. The other one I had snapped up for Stuttgart

 

My save seems too big to attach to the forums [500mb]. I`ll have to go and quickly read the rules to know how to add it here.

That's odd. You shouldn't be region blocked for the in game editor if you bought the game on Steam.

I got it on the Epic store, then I moved countries and now I'm region locked :/
