[Suggestion] Display dates for last change to individual's training

I would like to see the date of the last change displayed on a player's Development->Training screen. Maybe just show the in-game date of the last change to the POSITION/ROLE/DUTY & ADDITIONAL FOCUS options, just below each option?

Then, I can more easily tell if a player is not developing because the training just isn't working, or if I haven't given it enough time. Once my club grows and I have loads of players, it becomes harder to keep track of how long a given individual has been training a particular focus. Or, maybe I'm just old and senile
