outlaw640
Hey guys, I was wondering if other manager's opinons of you ever goes beyond 'Feels the two of you could become friends' or is that as far as it goes. Just asking this as I am playing as MK Dons and am in the Championship and Paul Ince is now managing watford and I have a very good relationship with him. He also has some good players that i want to get on the cheap Thanks in advance
canvey!!
The highest I've experienced is 'Has a good relationship with you'.
outlaw640
intriguing, how did you get that?
canvey!!
IIRC, it was just a barrage of media comments. As a rule, one media comment is sufficient to get that person's knowledge A half dozen or so would be good to help you somewhat in transfer negotiations with the manager A constant barrage of <STRIKE>abuse</STRIKE> positive media comments is good enough to get you on their favoured personell list. phnompenhandy
Buttering up other managers really does help if you want to bring some of their players in - on loan or as a transfer. HELP being the word, not GUARANTEE! Also, of course just because the manager likes you doesn't mean the player does!
