[FM24] - Sicosimatic's 4-3-3

This is my version of a 4-3-3, used with several teams from lower league to top and has performed above expectations in all tests.

It's a 4-3-3 using a DM with inverted winger and winger and AF.

The tactic is designed to provide more passing football, retain possession and create chances.

There are several player instructions assigned to each possession, but the below screenshot gives an idea of the player roles, shape and team instructions.

Give it a try and provide feedback if you've found any tweaks that work for you.
