1st. How can I get the pitch in the right to go back to default?

 

2nd. How can I change the up and down arrows to a different color? (Since they sometimes clash with the background)

3rd. How do I revert these back to normal? Because I'd like licensed competitions like the Bundesliga and the Championship to have their original format.

1 - can't remember
2 - Just delete the red_replacement in the titlebar on quick flick

3 - just delete the match/match score area panel and it will grab the default

Managed to fix number 1 (deleted team selection advice panel news)

But 3 is still kinda weird; I've deleted the xml you said but the licensed leagues still don't have their proper scoreboard. Could there be something else I could delete? Thanks in advance

there is a folder named 'comps' in the panels/match. It's for licensed competitions so you have to delete it inside these too.
