Change start date feature must return

For years we have been able to change the start date of a save by choosing a date from a country different to the one you're managing in. With FM24 you can only choose a start date from the country you're actually managing in. This is so disappointing. I like to start a save in February for instance, while managing in a European league. 

Image attached to show that the only option for choosing a start date now is from the country you're choosing to manage in.

Just load up the leagues you want without selecting a team beforehand. That way you are able to choose a start time based on the leagues selected.
