[Suggestion] Adding new nations using the pre-game editor

In football manager you should have the option to add a new nation using the pre-game editor.

I edited the comp editor file using the resource archiver and changed the information of Upper Volta, such as the continent and language. I also added custom international rules for the world cup qualification and tournament. As the nation did not have any previous players or a language, as soon as I added the Estonian language to the nation, the newgens appeared with Estonian names. This does not happen while editing other nations that have a previously set language. If the feature is added to the editor, it would in my opinion make editing even more fun.
