End of coach contract without resign

This french user raised a possibile feature that would be logical in game 'cause it's what happened in real life : 
in FM, you couldn't leave your club at the end of your contract. Your contract end, but you stay at club without contract. In real life, you leave the club, because, your contract has ended.

Then, he says it will be a good feature if you could say to your board that you will leave your club at the end of your contract without resigning of you job, because no need to resign if your contract has ended.
