We beat RKC's best ever finish, finishing 4th in the Eredivisie and making the UEFA Champions League via the league finish.Our UEFA Europa Conference League adventure came to an end in the Fourth Qualifying Round in a gutsy penalty shootout loss to 1.FC Union Berlin, who made it all the way to the Final. How the toss of a coin can be? A penalty away from elimination before the League stage turns into a European Final appearance. We also made our first ever appearance in the TOTO KNVB Beker Final stage, beating Keuken Kampoen Divisie side FC Groningen 5-1 to pick up our first silverware for 14 years. Roberts Uldrikis lead the way with 28 goals for us and, again, in second and third places were our Segundo Volante and our Libero who scored 7 and 6 goals respectively. We finished the campaign 4th in the Goals Scored charts, but 7th in Goals Conceded. We were, if nothing else, entertaining.
