Help regarding creating a player filter

Quick question folks.

I'm starting a new save and want to target players born in a specific region.

I know how to create a filter with place of birth but how are we supposed to know all the various cities/towns that the game has in its database?

One thought I had is that it might be all the places it offers when setting up your manager avatar regarding your place of birth?

Or is there someway I can find out?
