"Not interested" list not preventing players to be excluded from player search

Hello all;

To scout players, I have a filter that is continuously enabled with the criteria I want for recruiting. When some player shows up in the results, but I am not interested (i.e. if his price tag is too high), I simply used to add them to the "not interested list" so I could evaluate only the ones I wanted. If a player was definitely a target, I then added it to the shortlist. If it was still undecided, I left it in the player search results until I could make a final decision.

I think I changed some configuration accidentally and now the players in the "Not interested list" are still displayed in the player search results. Anyone have an idea of what I did wrong? I don't believe it's a bug, but an unproper configuration.
