Added League Cup, doesn't appear in game, or for testing.

Hi, 

In my file, that was created from a custom, working, polish lower leagues update I wanted to bring back an extinct Polish League Cup competition.

I've unticked the "Is Extinct" box and basically copied most of the Carabao Cup rules from England (Manually rewritten the rules, and adjusted to fewer teams)

The problem is that, that it's not apperaing in the test screen, and even tho the whole file is validated in Rules Testing, the competition is still inactive in game.

Where could I've made a mistake?

In advanced rules, List > Fortuna Puchar Ligi > General, there's an inactive box (5th down from the top). is that unticked? Also what about the start dates in the Requirements tab? Adding a starting year may help.

 I always found it easier just to make my own comps than to revive older ones.

Have you added it to the nation's Competitions list in the rules?
