Counter attacking tactic

Good morning

im looking for you guys help. What are the keys things you do to implement counter tacticing football? Anything from formation to player roles im looking to do a test on this and possible upload a video on it.

I'd alway have one "pass into space," "distribute quickly," and "look to counter."
