Stadium selection issues

I am currently trying to recreate the gold cup in fm editor. My plan was to use a different stadium every matchday as the gold cup usually does. However for some reason it only assigns one stadium. Is there any fix for this?

Not sure how exactly you're doing it, but Fixture Dates take priority. The stadiums set on the Fixture Dates page will be the ones used. For offsets you should have separate Fixture Dates for them that you put as Offset Dates on the Dates page attached to the first Fixture Date, not the Offset Dates page. eg. the default Gold Cup for Group has the dates page with Group A 0 first, then listed for offsets on that date are Group A 0 and Group A 1. 2 matches used that date, one is move to each Group A 0 and Group A 1. Under Fixture Dates Group A 0 is assigned to Stadium 0 and Group A 1 is assigned to Stadium 3. Have a look at the default Gold Cup to see how it's done.

Then, have you actually set it to get 16 different stadiums? Under Stadium Rules you'll need to make sure it actually has enough stadiums to fill all of those slots.

Also, why is Ground 10 rather than Stadium 10? Seems weird that you've got a name change in there.

If you don't pick stadia under "rules" won't stadium_10 just be the 11th biggest stadium in the country (as long as it meets the competition requirements? Or else the game will build like a "(City name) Community Arena")?
