Last year I remember finding online somewhere an EDT file that basically all players load up at the start of a game without the need to add in Nations/Leagues etc.

 

I'm wondering if someone could point me in the direction of anything like that this year. While I am able to play with a decent amount of leagues available I'd rather not I'd sooner have all players available.

You don't need an EDT file for that. Just choose custom database when setting your game up and tell it which players to load. eg. if you want all players then just select all the continents and tick "Players based in nation" it'll now load every player from that continent. Like this...
