What team should I choose for long term?

Any of them are good shouts, stick them into a random name wheel! However, Kaiserslautern are good because you completely avoid any work permit complications.

Gonna double up on what ShaunG95 said(He got a similar name to my real name lmao). If you're gonna use Kaiserslautern. Add more German leagues off Steam Workshop, cause the chances of getting your B team into an active league in the default game is pretty low.

Thanks for the replies. Im scared of Germany getting stale and me dominating domestic within 10 years. I want it to stay a challenge long term, really. I want to do a long, long save. how would you say these teams compare with this info?

They have Bayern - so there should always be competetion.
