Improve options for staff job adverts

I know most people just use the staff search screen but quite a few of us try to use a "realistic" approach of only appointing staff that have applied for a job advert. It would be very useful, therefore, to add the ability to be more specific with the job adverts. Two examples:

1. Rather than just advertise for a "coach", it would be useful to advertise for a "coach to specialise in attacking training", thereby increasing the number of applicants with the required attributes
2. Rather than just advertise for a "scout", it would be useful to advertise for a "scout with knowledge of Croatian football", thereby increasing the likelihood of applicants with the required knowledge of that nation

Thanks for the suggestion, it's one we have heard before and so it is yet to be rejected or accepted with further development.
