[Suggestion] Add conditional highlight functionality to preferences for stats and information

Maybe its the Excel geek in me, but I wish there was the functionality in preferences to add conditional highlights for various player match stats, even if it was similar to the attribute thresholds configuration available under Skin Colours.

I wish to be able to highlight in the players view that the pass completion ratio is over 80% or Shots on Target ratio is under 20% as examples. Or outside of match stats, even being able to have preferences to highlight that a players contract expires in under X months or highlight the top 3 wages of the squad.

As someone who plays on a widescreen with lots of information displayed, FM does a good job of just throwing white text at us which can quickly lose it's meaning when it's all thrown together.
