Koetzer Posted September 13, 2021 Share Posted September 13, 2021 The title says it all, currently you can offer a player to all clubs from a selected country for loan, but need to select each club manually when offering for transfer (or use a loan offer with a future fee instead, but it's unavailable when a player has less than a year on his contract).
