No news, no projects, nothing. After approx 1 year, simply reappears the chance to ask to the board to build a new stadium. I had the same bug with last year edition, FM2020. I'm sorry but the save is on June 2026, i made the stadium request on 3 february 2027. If help you, i have the save immediately after the request.
