Edit an udpate (England lower leagues) to remove Brexit

Hi everyone,

I tried to modify myself an udpate (https://www.fmscout.com/a-fm21-database-england-lower-leagues.html) in order to remove the brexit.

Unfortunately I can't do it. When I move to advanced rules editing (even without touching anything), I can't pass the rules test.

In fact the editor says that there is a error : " the promoted and relegated teams do not match in Vanarama National League North/South (3 relegated teams) and in Regional Premier Divisions (6 promoted). Additional team needed = 0. Check that the competition uses flexible format rules."

Does anyone has a solution or a trick ? Or a pro editor could make the modification himself ?

Did you change anything in the basic rules prior to moving to advanced rules? 

If so, what?
