slipknot67
Looking for advice...I've been managing Celtic for almost 5 years, won three league titles and seemed to be cruising to 4 in a row. However half way through this season I had two players who dislliked eachother (Scott Brown and a regen from my youth acadamy). As the regen guy wan't rated very highly by my assman I free transfered him and thought that'd be the end of the problem. No such luck for me though and now a few of my first team (including my captain) are unsettled and saying thay are "dismayed by the lack of harmony at the club). My results are starting to suffer and don't know how to get my team back to being motivated and playing well....any suggestions on a solution would be appreciated. NepentheZ
Just give it time. Praise a few players and eventually it'll come right.
slipknot67
Thanx mate....tried your tip praising players for good form, also gave my club captain a new contract and things are starting to click again, just won the league cup for the second year in a row and still top of the league with 5 games to the split, despite the mid-season dip in form ;-)
