How do I update squad status?

I have some players in my team who are listed as "fringe players", who are, in fact, much more valuable than that.  I'd like to reflect that in their squad status.

From a few online guides, it appears I should be able to set this in the "Transfer Status" section of the player, but I don't see that anywhere.

In the "Contract View" of the squad I see:

But in the transfer status I only see:

What am I missing?

On the player screen. Overview-->Happiness-->Playing time pathway.

Right-click on the player's name:

Squad -> Agreed Playing Time -> [Select the level of importance]
