saintrainhard Posted July 14, 2021 Share Posted July 14, 2021 The ability to pick group leader for every group, after creating the group There is information snapshot of the group leader (his personality, some of related attributes (determination, leadership,etc), his strength and weakness icon (this can use the hover icon model) The group leader can only be choosen from (Team Leader, Highly Influential + Influential (with certain amount of experience time @ club ) + Captain and Vice Captain (if they are not include in that group) After choosing the leader of group, when added the group member there is thumbs up icon as information from assistant manager for suitable member (based on asst man attribute, he can give worng suggestion too) After some time there is indicator about how their interaction/happiness/ status in that group Learning so much from X Happy to work with X because of his profesionalism Fight with another group member because of very different personality etc etc etc Mentoring related history (timeline) >> right now only news about effect improvement or decline in some attributes or getting some traits 01/07/2021 > Join mentoring group lead by X 15/07/2021 > Improve his profesionalism as effect from player X & Player Y 10/09/2021 > Learning to do traits "places shot" from player Player Y, he is very delighted with his relationship with Player Y etc etc 3 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
