Scout reports

Couple of thoughts / requests:

1 - Immediate reports - often time is an issue and it would be great to get a "what we know" style report on a player. The bigger the club the better the general knowledge of players; their pro's and cons; their statistics etc will be. It would be great to tap into these in a kind of analyst/scout report that gives a snapshot into what is known and where gaps exist

for example - the analyst report would contain the data they would have immediate access to (games played, goals scored etc) but to know how many games played in a certain position, the number of runs, tackles made etc it would require a more detailed analyst report. Similarly scout reports would know maybe the top line things based on what they have heard, what they have seen in non-specific scouting assignments etc but to get to detailed pro's and con's would require a more detailed scouting mission - basically the sort of report that could come back in a couple of hours per player...

Ultimately it would be good to tap into what is known when you don't have time to brief an analyst & wait a few days or ask a scout to go watch them (and maybe wait a couple of weeks)

To this end it would also be good that for some clubs (well run ones?) the club won't sign off spending money on a player without a certain amount of knowledge being in place...

2 - Reports based on questions. Are they capable of being better than X player? Could they be retrained as a CB? Are they a winger or an inside forward? Will they fit into our dressing room? The reports in the game right now are often detailed but they aren't set up to easily answer questions a manager might have. Its often occurred to me that the report should be the basis of a conversation with your staff (maybe as part of the scouting meetings) where you could ask these types of questions and get a more succinct feel for the player. If you ask questions that are unknown that could form the basis of a further report...
