need more info Issue with some players

When searching around the different leagues there is certain players that I can’t interact with. I can’t scout them, shortlist, buy, loan or anything. Why is this?

Are you able to provide a little more info, such as; 

• What Team you are managing
• What leagues you have loaded
• The current in game date
• Which players you are experiencing this with

If you could provide this information we should be able to advise further, if you are able to attach any screenshots too that would be appreciated.
