Is there even any theoretical point to do that? I can't see any. What would they do other then take wages? The youth teams use first team tactics so nobody's going to tweak them based on analyst reports... Perhaps if you let the youth team managers choose their own tactics they can somehow benefit from analyst reports, but still seems like a waste of money. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
