Quick Question - which xml controls the Team Selection Panel on your way to the match screen.

Depends on what part of the screen you are talking about, the middle bit with the content is just controlled by the same files as on the tactics screen which would eventually lead you to tactics overview side panel xml found in the panels\tactics folder.

The embedded status is controlled by the tactics with embedded section tabs panel xml file found in the panels\match folder.

The header is set by the match day header panel xml file found in the panels\match folder.

All of which can be extracted from the panels fmf file.
