TYTY Posted December 26, 2020 Share Posted December 26, 2020 In my AC Milan save which I disabled budgets in first transfer window, I completed the first season as per normal (with budgets correctly given to me in January) but when I started the second season, it tells me that the board has already invested in players, and I have no budgets to work with anymore. The transfer budget is 0, I cannot adjust budgets, and selling players doesn't add to the transfer budget (basically the state of the first window with budgets disabled), whereas other clubs are buying and selling normally.
