Shortlists Enhancements

I've never been fully convinced by the shortlist method and I realise we all do things slightly differently but a couple of relatively simple tweaks would improve it considerably.

1. Allow me to save and import my complete shortlist structure.

2. Allow me to prioritise the order of a shortlist.

3. Give me the ability to assign a scout to a particular shortlist - He can then work his way through them in my desired order.

4. Allow me to add a player to a shortlist for a period of time, for instance until he is 19 years old, then move to another shortlist automatically.

5. Allow me to set rules/triggers for shortlists. For instance if a player hits a certain attribute target or multiple targets he will be moved to another shortlist automatically and maybe I will be alerted.
