SI Staff Ben Kenney Posted December 20, 2020 SI Staff Share Posted December 20, 2020 Hi Andy, Thanks for the feedback there was a new feature added for FM21 which allows multiple assistant managers in nations which allow them, these assistant managers contribute to the overall coaching numbers. These nations were decided by the head researchers of each nation in game. In these nations clubs will look to have multiple assistant managers instead of coaches. So if you have assigned the responsibility for staff contracts away from you then it is plausible for the TD to look to change these staff members jobs to Assistant Manager.
