Quick Financial and Off the Pitch Tips

I haven't really seem a thread on here before that focuses more on the financial side of managing a club. I'm always seeking this stuff out and want to see if anyone else has any tricks or tips to help manage clubs out of the red and into the black.

I'll start with:

Always renegotiate affiliated clubs at the start of a save or when you take over a club. You can add different types of affiliations to the same ones. I've just posted in the Arsenal (FM21) thread: the Colorado affiliation is not commercial by default, requesting a renegotiation of that gives saves you wasting an affiliated club request.

If your team at the start of a save was eligible for European cups just before the start date, the AI will simulate the cup games and the club starting cash can be millions more from prize money if your team reached group stage.
