BedeviledEgg Posted December 8, 2020 Share Posted December 8, 2020 I am using a Trequartista striker in my tactic and I notice every player seems to have an abnormally low star rating for this role based on their attributes and I think this is a bug. Here's an example, I have this player in my squad playing in League Two and his best role is False Nine: He has a 3 star rating and looking at his stats for False Nine, he's pretty okay, none of the key attributes are too egregiously bad, the worst of them is a 9 but he has a few of those. Looking at some other roles, he is rated as a 2 star Target Man.. Wait, what?? This guy is a shrimp with a THREE in jumping reach. Some other Target Man key stats he stinks at are his 5 Aggression and a 5 Bravery. This guy is a TERRIBLE Target Man, all his key stats for Target Man are 11 or less except Balance and he has three key stats that are just awful. But as a Trequartista, for some reason this guy only gets ONE star... But why only one star? Looking at the key stats they're all pretty reasonable. The difference in key stats between a Trequartista and a False Nine are very minimal as you can see by comparing the images. Logically speaking it makes sense they key stats are similar since the roles themselves are pretty similar. So what is the reason for the discrepancy? Is there something I don't understand about the Role and Duty ratings or is this a bug? I see similar results with any striker in my game, it's not just this guy, he's just an example. BedeviledEgg Posted December 8, 2020 Author Share Posted December 8, 2020 What sucks about this is that it's not just a display bug, it affects gameplay as well. If I tell my scouts to look for a 3 star Trequartista they will never find anyone, I have to tell them to look for False Nines. And when I play my player as a Trequartista he thinks it's an unsuitable role for him and it gives him a bad thought at the beginning of every game. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
BedeviledEgg Posted December 10, 2020 Author Share Posted December 10, 2020 My team depth report set to show the role ratings of each player is saying Goldberg is 4 stars at Trequartista. All those other strikers have similar one star or worse Trequartista ratings on their profile and in tactics but here it shows more realistic results. However everyone else here seems to be five stars so that's another bug I guess?
