Cancelling scouting assignment hides scout reports from scouting inbox and player profile

Apologies if this issue was raised for FM21, I tried searching this subforum but search results wouldn't load past the first page. This is an issue I raised previously for FM20 as well.

In the scouting inbox or a player profile, if you choose to cancel a scouting assignment, the scout summary above the player attributes will display as if the player had never been scouted, but if you then go to the scout report screen they'll show normally again.
