[FM20] DPMM Qualification for Asian Continental competitions

So as some of you know, DPMM is a team playing the Singaporean league. But they are based in Brunei which leads to them not being able to compete in any continental leagues. So I was wondering if there is any way to change the rules to make them eligible for the continental leagues on FM20 using the pre game editor?

It depends if any hardcoded rules have been created to keep them out of the continentals.
