The Carlo Ancelotti challange

With Carlo Ancelotti getting apointed as manager of Everton, i thought of my self to try to replicate he´s carrer in FM.

Which made me make a challange out of my emagination, it is not one to one the carrer of Ancelotti.

 

Step 1: The time as a player

Ancelotti, started his career in the lower leauges of Parma, but after his move to Roma, it gained momentum for both him and Roma (who had not won a trophy in 10 years). Ancelotti managed to win 4 cup titles and 1 championship in 7 seasons in the capital of Italy.

In this first step: You choice a team in the best spanish or Italian league (important for later). Where you play 3 seasons, you have to win at least one domestic trophy every season (Cup or League count). Furthermore you have to win both the league and cup, therefore you cannot only win the league all 3 seasons. 
The team you can choose to play with as said can be from the serie A or La liga, furthermore the team cannot have one a single tropyh in the after the season 2009/2010, but domestic and international. Which the exclude Juventus, Real Madrid, Sevilla etc. (I might make a playable list later on, otherwiese use google)

Step 2: The start as a manager
Ancelotti's start as a manager was a bit slow, as both Parma manager and Juventus manager, he managed to win exactly 0 trophy´s, and both clubs won first after Ancelotti was gone. However, these two clubs also have another thing in common, they have both been forced relegated.

Therefore, in this second step. You have to find a club from the same country as the previous club, but in the series below which means serie B og Segunda Division. Here you have 3 seasons to advance and qualify for a European tournament. If you manage to do this in 2 seasons, you are welcome to move on. If you do not get a job in the start of the season it is just bad luck, you only have 3 season endings, you are welcome to be on holiday for 1 season without it count´s

Step3: The golden age
After his time in Parma and Juventus, Ancelotti set sailed when he arrived in Milan and in 8 seasons won 1 series a, 1 cup title, 2 times Champions league, 2 super cup European and 1 Italian super cup, as well as one world cup club championships.
In this step. Go to the 3rd club in the same country you started (You are not allowed to manage a team you have managed before). In 4 years you have to win Champions League twice the league twice, 1 cup title, 1 Italian super cup, 1 super cup europe, 1 world cup for club team (you only have one try due to the new format)

Step 4: London is calling
After Ancelotti´s time in Milan, Abramovich phoned, he still had wet dreams about the CL trophy Mourinho had never been able to obtain. Ancelotti didn't do it either, but in 2 seasons he managed to win 1 PL 1 Fa cup and a Community Shield.

In this step you must choose a club from one of the other 4 top 5 leagues you have not been to. The club must never have won CL before. In 2 seasons you have to win 3 trophies. You have to win both 1 cup and 1 league.

Step5: One season wonder
After failing to present a CL trophy to mister Ambramovich Ancelotti moved on to PSG after spending six months on vacation and took them on December 30. New rich PSG was hungry for metal as they were without a championship for almost 2 decades, this season was not going to be saved. But the season after, PSG smashed the French league, losing just 2 games.

In this step. You must become dominant with a club that has not won the domestic championship in 20 years or CL (you may well take over a club just after the last step, but you may not buy any player in the summer transfer window, first from winter you can go shopping and then you have the half-country season from there).
You are going to a new league so the 2 previous leagues you have been in are also locked from the big 5. In addition, you must lose a maximum of 2 league matches in the season you win the championship. If you can manage it in the first season without buying in summer transfer you must proceed to the next step.

Step 6: The king club
Following the success of PSG, Carlo had to move on to Real Madrid here for almost 2 seasons, where he managed to win the domestic cup, a supercup in Spain, CL and the World Cup for club teams.
In this step you are going to one of the last two leagues left in the big 5, as the club world cup format is changed so insted you get only get 2 seasons to win the treble, you do it in the first season you can just move on.

Step 7: The last top 5 league
After being sacked in Real Madrid, Bayern were missing one to take over after a Spain had snapped to the Middle East or Manchester City. Ancelotti was not in Bavaria much more than 1 season when he already in the second season in the end of September were done, but he managed to win a double to Bayern

That step is very simple you have a season to win the double in the last top 5 league you haven't been to. If you don't get a job right away, and only midway through the season, this season doesn't count. BUT you are not allowed to 0make any transfers, nor free agents or upcoming contract with free agents, you must first start transfer July 1st in the season that counts.

Step 8: I am coming home
After Bavaria, Ancelotti was going home to Italy and Napoli, it did not go exactly as the priest had preached and he was kicked out. But in FM, history goes sometimes differently
In this step, go back to the country you started and take a team you have not been before and who have not won a championship or international title in this millennium which means you have to check within FM who has one but the domestic League CL and EL. You get 2 seasons to win the domistic league. 

Step 9: The last journey
Ancelotti has now been taken over Everton, and Everton is North England's answer to Tottenham. They just love to not winning trophy´s.

In this last step, go back to the country you were in when you first changed country. Then you have to take a club that have MAX one on trophy since 1990, again you need to check in FM. you have to make this club a treble winning team. wich means Domestic league and cup and the CL.
