There's no scout in the world who can watch all games in brasil, argentinia, lower divisions, etcetera. Good scouts have a extended network of local scouts (clubtrainers/friends/colleagues/journalists/former players, etc.) who will inform them if there is any interesting player. Especially youthplayers are discovered this way! So I want to plead for introducing a "Network"-attribute for scouts.
