[Suggestion] Has Experience Playing In Division filter

In the player search menu it would useful to have a filter where you can find players who have experience playing in a certain division but are not necessarily based there.

This could be useful when you need a player who can come straight into the starting XI without needing too long to adjust to the league, but don't want to limit yourself to searching current divison players or rigorously searching for players who have divison experience 

For example Daley Blind has Premier League experience but is based in Netherlands.
