lennard1
My flatmate and I have started a journeyman career recently and we both had the same question. Why cant you study for coaching badges when unemployed? I had finished my 2 year stint at a welsh premier league team and decided against renewing my contract. After I left, it took me 3-4 months to find a new job. In that time, I had nothing to do expect spam the space bar. It would make those unemployed months slightly less boring, if you could study for a new badge. Also, this would feed into using your career earnings. If you have earned enough money you can self fund your badge and if you haven't, that option isn't available. Also, there should be additional courses you could take to improve some of your mental attributes. This would help you improve some of your managers weak areas. You could also, recommend other staff for these courses.
